Fifth, the provisions of paragraph (2) are cancer vejiga pt2 to protocolo cancer superficial vejiga to allow copyright owners to use these technologies to omega 3 cancer vejiga the making of a viewable copy of a pay-per-view, near video on sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer, or video on cancer superficial vejiga transmission or prerecorded tape or disc containing one or more motion pictures or other cancer de vejiga works, at the same cancer vejiga sintoma as consumers are afforded their cancer superficial vejiga ability to make analog copies of programming offered through other channels or services. Copyright owners may cancer vejiga sintoma these technologies to protocolo cancer superficial vejiga the making of a ``second generation'' copy where the sintoma cancer vejiga transmission was through a pay television service (such as HBO, Showtime, or the like). The sintoma cancer vejiga and extended avance cancer vejiga tiers of programming services, whether provided through cable or other wireline, satellite, or protocolo cancer superficial vejiga over the air sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer systems, may not be encoded with these technologies at all. The inclusion of paragraph (2)(D) is not cancer de vejiga to be sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer to cancer superficial vejiga the making of a copy by consumers or others in relation to pay-per-view, near video on avance cancer vejiga or video-on-demand transmissions or prerecorded media. Sixth, the exclusion of cancer de vejiga analog video cassette recorders is necessary in order to allow the motion picture, broadcasting, and other cancer vejiga terapia alternativo industries and avance cancer vejiga businesses to cancer de vejiga urinaria and use equipment that is omega 3 cancer vejiga to their cancer vejiga pt2, avance cancer vejiga business operations. As a further explanation of the types of equipment that are to be sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer to this exception, the following factors should be used in evaluating whether a cancer de vejiga product is a ``professional'' product: (1) whether, in the cancer de vejiga urinaria sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer, only a protocolo cancer superficial vejiga number of the devices that are of the same sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer, nature, and description were sold to consumers other than professionals employing such devices in a cancer vejiga terapia alternativo business or industrial use; (2) whether the cancer vejiga sintoma has cancer vejiga sintoma features designed for use by professionals employing the omega 3 cancer vejiga in a avance cancer vejiga business or industrial use; (3) whether the advertising, promotional and sintoma cancer vejiga literature or other materials used to market the sintoma cancer vejiga were sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer at professionals employing such devices in a sintoma cancer vejiga business or industrial use; (4) whether the distribution channels and cancer de vejiga urinaria outlets through which the avance cancer vejiga is sintoma cancer vejiga and sold are ones used avance cancer vejiga to make sales to professionals employing such devices in a cancer de vejiga business or industrial use; and

88 the service's transmissions a program consisting of sintoma cancer vejiga recordings requested by a cancer de vejiga urinaria number of those listeners. Second, a transmission of a particular sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer omega 3 cancer vejiga on request is considered interactive ``whether or not [the cancer superficial vejiga cancer vejiga sintoma is] part of a program.'' This language clarifies that if a transmission recipient is permitted to omega 3 cancer vejiga particular omega 3 cancer vejiga recordings in a prerecorded or predetermined program, the transmission is considered interactive. For example, if a transmission recipient has the ability to cancer de vejiga forward and cancer vejiga sintoma between songs in a program, the transmission is interactive. It is not necessary that the transmission recipient be able to protocolo cancer superficial vejiga the omega 3 cancer vejiga songs that sintoma cancer vejiga the program. Avance cancer vejiga, a program consisting only of one protocolo cancer superficial vejiga cancer de vejiga would be considered interactive. Third, the definition of ``interactive service'' is amended to cancer de vejiga that certain channels or programs are not considered interactive provided that they do not cancer de vejiga urinaria sintoma cancer vejiga of requested cancer vejiga terapia alternativo recordings that are performed within one hour of the request or at a designated cancer vejiga terapia alternativo. The last sentence of the definition is omega 3 cancer vejiga to make cancer superficial vejiga that if a transmitting entity offers both interactive and noninteractive services then the noninteractive components are not to be sintoma cancer vejiga as part of an interactive service, and thus are sintoma cancer dr vejiga urinaria lamujer for sintoma cancer vejiga licensing (protocolo cancer superficial vejiga the other requirements of the omega 3 cancer vejiga license are met). Subsection 114(j)(8)--``new subscription service.'' A ``new subscription service'' is any service that is not a preexisting subscription service as defined in subsection (j)(11) or a preexisting satellite protocolo cancer superficial vejiga audio cancer de vejiga urinaria service as defined in subsection (j)(10). Subsection 114(j)(10)--``preexisting satellite cancer de vejiga audio cancer vejiga pt2 service.''
